The brand
The Dockx opened in Jeddah's Ash Shati district as an indoor entertainment destination — AR bowling, arcade and table games, karaoke and party rooms, mini-golf and karting — designed as a place families and friends return to, not visit once. In 2025 it was named Best Family Entertainment Center (over 2,000 sqm) at the MENALAC Awards.
The challenge
The Dockx set out to build Saudi Arabia's first modular entertainment ecosystem — a space that wouldn't just attract visitors, but bring them back, time and time again. With only a name and a location, they needed a strategy to turn vision into a living experience.

We took The Dockx from concept to execution. Deep market research — consumer behaviour, spending patterns, operational gaps — laid the foundation for a next-generation destination built on adaptability, scalability and cultural relevance, designed to win Gen Z and Millennials.
